Procedurally, we implement the following format and order to complete construction drawings:
- Understand site development restrictions and limitations.
- Outline project requirements in a “Project Program”.
- Take field dimensions as required ( renovation or addition projects only).
- Develop existing conditions plan as required for additions or renovations.
- Work with the client to develop schematic design drawings.
- Deliver correspondence as required.
- Work with client to create a design that the owner will approve.
- Complete construction drawings.
- Provide printed copies of all plans as required by the owner.
- Construction Administration Services (optional). Please inquire how we can help the owner during construction.
 Detailing & Drawings
A good detailer pays close attention to the finest of details. Our detailing team can create structural, mechanical, and architectural detail. Your project might consist of wood, steel or even plastic. If you need a set of shop drawings we can produce it.

2D/3D Modeling
The technology used by our detailing team allows us to hand our customer a 3D model of their product. This allows for an extensive review to determine that all the product’s parts and pieces are working properly.

Maybe you’re a mechanic who’s just designed a new carburetor. We’ll help you see that idea in 3D to verify its functions.
